We need to know the domain you'll be hosting the platform on. For example: my-domain.com
We will install a few base applications seen below, if you'd like their subdomain to be named differently please specify the changes you'd like:
Auth Application - auth.my-domain.com
Drive Application - drive.my-domain.com
Alerting Application - alerting.my-domain.com
Reporting Application - reporting.my-domain.com
Telemetry Application - telemetry.my-domain.com
Please ensure that the appropriate DNS entries are added pointing the above names to your static IP address
Ensure port 80 and 443 have access to the above static IP
We will require your branding images in specific sizes and formats:

App Icon - 128x128px as PNG
App Icon - 144x144px as PNG
App Icon - 152x152px as PNG

We need an SMTP server credentials to send email.
You need to setup a mail box with name of your choice such as support@yourcomanyname.com
You need to decide on where you want to host your kubernetes cluster. This will be the instance of your white labelled IoT platform.
You can chose any of the major cloud providers such as Google, AWS or Azure.
AWS and Azure have data centers in South Africa.
We will assist your IT department to create the cluster.
Note that a credit card will be required to be captured on the cloud providers system when creating an instance.
Once we have your kubernetes cluster running with a static Ip address, you need to point your dns at the static Ip.
Google playstore
You are required to register a google workspace account
We will register you your own playstore account to host your white labelled.
Apple app store
We will assist you with opening your app store.
