Setting up TIKIT

Open TIKIT Web Application:

1. Sign in to https://tikit.bitid.co.za

Set up an Organization:

1. Navigate to Organizations Page

2. Click the plus (at the top right)

3. Fill in details

4. Click Submit

5. Choose the subscription plan that suits your needs

6. Pay & Subscribe

Set up a Task:

1. Navigate to tasks page

2. Click the plus (at the top right)

3. Fill in details

4. Add first check (This must either be Create Jobcard or Select Jobcard)

5. Add last check (This must be Finish Jobcard)

6. Add checks in between (This can be any input type you'd like)

7. Click Submit

At this point your setup is complete you can now open the phone app and start your first task

Open TIKIT - Team Manager Phone App:

1. Sign in to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bitid.tikit

Select your first Task:

1. Navigate to Jobcards page (if you are not there already)

2. Click the plus (at the bottom center)

3. Click the task you want to complete

Complete your Task:

1. Go through all checks by tapping the check and filling out the details (Note: Scanning QR & Barcode's and Taking Photos requires you to tap the center icon)

Open TIKIT Web Application:

1. Sign in to https://tikit.bitid.co.za

View a Jobcard:

1. Navigate to jobcards page

2. Click the Jobcard you want to view

3. Click View Jobcard
