Unfortunately there is an issue with Sign In when you Sign In for the very first time. You are prompted to select which app you would like to use to sign in. Logically you would click on the OpenThings icon to login but this results in you getting stuck on that screen. When prompted please DO NOT select the OpenThings icon but instead one of the other apps which should be a browser app. You will then be able to login.
Once you have logged in you should not be prompted again on subsequent logins.

If you are stuck on the Sign In screen you can edit settings to tell the OpenThings app to use a different app for Sign In instead. Below are the steps to follow.

In your device settings find the Apps Menu

Search for OpenThings

Make sure you are in OpenThings Settings and then Scroll Down

Select Set As Default

Select Go To Supported URLs
Step 6
Select In the other app
Step 7
Open the OpenThings app and click SIGN IN

You should now be presented with options of which app to use to sign in. DO NOT use OpenThings. Instead click on one of the Browser apps to login.
